To joining MBBS students stars their jounery after class 10. In +2 they choose Biology to study MBBS. The student life journey start from here. they took one dream to become a doctor. after the competition of +2, they join insitute to prepare for MBBS. in Nepal there is almost three university i.e. Tribhuban University(TU), Kathmandu University(KU), Pokhara University(PU) etc. There are almost different rules and regulation for each examination of different university. They take almost 1 year to conduct every exam of different university almost more than 3 lakhs which gives the exam for MBBS but there is limited seats for MBBS. more than 80 lakhs students can pay to study for MBBS.there are limited seat for full scholarship and other are partial scholarship also avilable and rest of all have to pay full amount of money of fees. in market there are lots of competition for scholarship. yes, there are many student who pays full money to study but among them all will not a successful to become a doctor. they loss many years (i.e. more than 3-4 years) to pass or get scholarship exam. so, society,community,parents and other relation give pressure due to unsuccessful to clear their exam. so,they goes in depressed and they attempted suicide or spotlit their life on attempting only exam for MBBS to get scholarship. only clear the mbbs is not enough so they go for futher study which cost around 1-1.5 crore which is so much amount to pay. so, their parents are not able to pay that much amount for further study. many students loss their dream and goes to other field.

In Nepal, Medical education is an experimental integrated teaching of four and half years for MBBS degree. Until now it has not been assessed as to what type of Doctors we are
producing. This paper aims on the objective to find out whether integrated teaching or classical medical studies produce better doctors.
